Ronald R. Still
Chief of Police, Portland, Oregon (Retired)

A career police officer since 1954, Ron Still rose up through the ranks to become Chief of the Portland, Oregon Police Bureau in 1981 and held that post until his retirement in 1985. Along the way he has received advanced college degrees in Criminal Justice Administration as well as graduating from the F.B.I. National Academy and many other courses in criminal justice and management.

Vaughn E. Denning
Colonel, United States Air Force (Retired)

As an Air Force test pilot with a career spanning 32 years, Colonel Denning has flown 48 different types of aircraft ranging from cloth covered biplanes to jet fighters. His military career included duties at the Pentagon and the space program.

Upon retirement from the Air Force, Colonel Denning spent another 17 years in the aerospace industry involved with the management of TRW's Space Division.
